Le Grand Chic Cleaners has free pickup and delivery service-regularly scheduled or on call-at your residence. We make it really easy using a combination of nylon bags, self-carbonated pickup tickets, monthly charge accounts, and a designated pickup and delivery point. This way you never have to be at home to receive service. All at no extra charge. Here's how it works: 1. Sign up for Valet Service today and receive 30% off your first order! We offer once or twice weekly pick up and delivery. 2. Call us at (415) 472-5422 to let us know you'd like to start Valet Service. 3. For your first order, fill out and print the "Request for Valet Service" form and place your cleaning and the form in a plastic bag, and leave the bag at the designated place you have selected and instructed by 9:00 a.m. If you have downloaded any coupons, be sure to include those in your bag. 4. When we pick up your first order, we'll deliver two nylon bags to you and provide you with self-carbonated pickup tickets for your future use. Thereafter, simply complete the ticket to briefly describe the number and type of items included in your bag (e.g. 4 pants, 3 shirts, 1 jacket, etc.) and leave the nylon bag by 9:00 a.m. at the designated point. We will call you immediately if there is a discrepancy in the number or description of items. 5. Retrieve your prior week's cleaning from the designated pickup and delivery point later that same day. 6. If you are a VIP customer, we will automatically bill your credit card every week. Otherwise, monthly statements are sent to your billing address and payment is due upon receipt.
